Rental Terms and Conditions

Rentals on the island of Ischia only, self-drive and without fuel; taking the vehicle to the mainland is prohibited.
  1. In case of breakdown, call the management; any costs paid by the customer will not be refunded.
  2. Rates include third-party liability insurance with unlimited mileage.
  3. Driving licence held for at least 1 year.
  4. Accidents caused by the driver are at the driver's expense.
  5. Minimum rental: one day.
  6. Fines are paid by the driver.
Online bookings
  1. Photos and images are random and for illustration only.
  2. Any overbooking will be refunded.
  3. We are not liable for system problems or errors.
Scooter rental conditions
  1. Minimum age 21, driving licence held for at least 1 year.
  2. The rental price does not include fuel.
  3. Minimum rental period: one day.
  4. Taking the scooter off the island of Ischia is prohibited.
  5. In case of breakdown, call the management; no costs will be refunded. Customers must not arrange repairs themselves.
  6. The customer is liable for all damage caused.
  7. The scooter is supplied with two protective helmets.
  8. If the vehicle is seized or impounded for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer must pay Autonoleggio Di Meglio Giuseppe EUR 35.00 per day for each day the vehicle is off the road, plus any additional costs.
  9. Rates include third-party liability insurance.
  10. Fines are paid by the driver.

Personal data are processed to handle your booking or the services you request, in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018. Providing data is not mandatory, but without it we cannot provide the services of Autonoleggio Giuseppe Di Meglio. Data may be shared with parties carrying out services connected with your booking, only for those purposes, and will never be passed to third parties for purposes unrelated to the booking or to your request for information. Return and day count

  • Return the vehicle by 9:30 on the last day.
  • Pick-up and return on the same day = 1 day.
  • Each following day counts as 1 day if the vehicle is returned by 9:30; returning later adds one day.
  • Picking up late in the day costs nothing extra.

Vehicle model

Photos and model names on the website are indicative. The booking guarantees the vehicle category, not a specific model: depending on availability we may provide a vehicle of the same category or a higher one, with similar features, at no extra cost.
